let say the player cost 300,000
So team A offered 400,000 for the club and 100,000 player signing fee (the player is happy).
Team B offered 390,000 for the club and 110,000 player signing fee (the player is happy).

To be more precisely, you can go for the match with 11 players, and the rest of the players can be put in the youth squad.
OK if i am understanding well, there is no penalty if you have no substitutes, you just continue to play with 10 players the match. Or in that case you can go in match with 11 players and some 2 or 3 players as a reserve.
another question during matches the young ones is better to keep them in the youth squad (since there skill will be increased without playing) or better to keep them as a reserve, but by keeping them in the 1st squad as a back up but they will not play and so they will not increse their skills, thanks

Hi,From my experince and frirnds comment it is about half a season for adaptation rate 20 and all seasom for adaptation rate 20. You can see adaptation rate on anlisys section.
1.How long player adepted to a team after transfer,what determines that time ?
2.A level of player is droping down after a transfer with 6 , 8 points is this cause he is not adepted to a team and after he will his level is getting back to optimal ?Yes , get beck to basic level.

Team Report show level from 0-100 of our players for any detail
Next Match Report show level from F to S of our next opponent for any detail and we can see last five games.
Both Reports has three tables 1.Team tactic 2.Player skill 3.Scoring
"Scoring" is clear.
"Team Tactic" and "Player Skill" has two columns for every detail for example:
Use press more - Opponent use press more
Use stand off mode - Opponent use stand off mode
Action pass ball on floor - Opponent pass ball on floor
Action pass high ball - Opponent pass high ball
First columns shows how our players score(0-100) and how opponent players score (F-S) for each details.I don't know how to read those "opponent" details on both Team Report and Next match report ?

After restart to new season a level of some (about 50% of squad) players droped few points.It was happend even to young players like a 20-26 years old.Is this situation normal and they will recover ? I cannot find data about Maintenance costs for our facilities regarding to each level and Maintenance costs per seat for every level of stadium quality(In game manual I found only Cost for upgrading facilities, stadium, and academy).I can see only next level,where for example after upgrade my stadium to bad quality I will get 1G extra from any supporter but that will cost me 2G maintenance costs for seat .In this case I lost some money but I get bonus from better quality when play at home right?I'm curious how it is looks on all levels for that quality of stadium and for other facilities.Could You post those information ?
Just to add, when you improve your stadium quality to very good level, incomes increases 1G per seat, but maintenance cost are the same than Good level.
The ticket price for a match depends on the quality of the stadium as follows.
Very Bad --> 8 G/seat --- Maintance 1 G/seat
bad --> 9 G/seat --- Maintance 2 G/seat
Okay --> 10 G/seat --- Maintance 3 G/seat
Good --> 11 G/seat --- Maintance 4 G/seat
Very Good --> 12 G/seat --- Maintance 4 G/seat

As we can see on transfer market there was/ is many old high experienced players with very high level, even 61-63 and their CA is only 5-6. - skill level < 15 => Normal rate
- skill level (15-17.99) => 1.5 times slower
- skill level > 18 => 2 times slower
For goalkeeper,
- skill level < 13 => Normal rate
- skill level (13-16.99) => 1.5 times slower
- skill level > 17 => 3 times slower
** In sum, training is slower as the skill level is closer to 20.
When we play a match and set tactic to hard,players can get injured faster.when we train players and set training to hard they also can get injured faster depend of Prone to injury level.How about this skill on the match ? I think there's a lack of information in the manual about formations. Surely it isn't good to play without wingers against a team attacking from wings or we have to keep center midfield strong against opponents playing with 3 MC and 1 AMC, but how do we know or understand that how changes in formations affect the tactic? What is the difference between a DMC-DMC-AMR-AML tactic and classic 4 midfielders?
Things like these aren't written in the manual or I couldn't find it. I would want to know the differences between playing DMC-MC or DMC-DMC or MC-MC. Would DMC will be more active defensively than MC? And will MC be more active offensively than DMC? What are the effects of different formations like these?

That's ONLY for goalkeeping skills (Handling, Reflex, One On Ones, Kicking, Aerial ability, Rushing out). When GK train non-goalkeeping skills improving is as above for field players.
That depending of CA, PR, experience and estimated value my friend. As far I know it is not connected with skill points. I explained you in previous post why 1 value jump does not mean exactly 1.00 skill point. For example, player with CA 1-2.95 and very low experience get just +1,666-1,833 G value for 1 jump of CA(+0.05) depending of age, experience and PR. CA 3.00-7,3 players get +6,666-7,500 G value for 1 jump of CA(+0.066-0.0833), depending of age, experience and PR. When players reach CA 7.3(at 620K+ value) their value jump double for every jump of CA +13,500-14,000+ G, depending of age, experience and PR. When player reach CA 10+ at 1.1M+ value for every jump of CA they get 30K or more value depending of age, experience and PR. That's the formula my friend but I'm afraid that nobody can provide you 100% accurate information because it is really complicated.
