Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but
you already can use a mobile to play GKO.Using the Dolphin browser with android, you can change players in Tactics, just not positions (no drag & drop support with any mobile browsers yet). So, as long as you don't need a custom formation, you can do everything with GKO on a mobile as you can with a regular computer. A good team shouldn't need custom formations, anyway.

I don't see how...cheaters will be cheaters regardless of whether there's a mobile GKO app or not. Other, more fundamental changes are needed to prevent cheating.
