Nice analyze , Brian
. It is absolutely true that CA 1 players are hard to develop and there is almost impossible to train them in league games by majority of users.
So for me is clear that youth camps system is for users from lower leagues or them who can sacrifice present results for future goals.I have some different look at this table. Lets look for best coach (700k) and very good training facilities.
Youth Camp Academy
Age 1/7/4 1/11/4 3/7/3 3/7/3
15 3
16 4
17 1 1 5 3
18 2 2 7 5
19 3 3 7 7
20 5 5 8 7
21 7 7 8 8
22 8 8 9 8
23 8 9 9 9
24 9 9 10 9
25 9 10 10 10
26 10 10 11 10
27 10 11 11 11
28 11 11 12 11
1. players with PR4 and CA 2 grow faster even at age 18 , so I think 1/7/4 can reach CA 7 in 4 seasons only playing in friendlies
2. From my experience players don’t get a level in CA in 2 seasons after block in potential. I think it is rather 4. Lets say 3 cause it is more probably.
So for me it is like that :
Youth Camp Academy
Age 1/7/4 1/11/4 3/7/3 3/7/3
15 3
16 4
17 1 1 5 3
18 2 2 7 4
19 4 4 8 5
20 7 7 8 7
21 7 8 8 7
22 8 9,5 9 8
23 8 11 9 8
24 8 11 9 8
25 9 11 10 9
26 9 12 10 9
27 9 12 10 9
28 10 12 11 10
And it shows that
- 7/4 from YC is same as 3/7/3 from academy at same age,
- LA 12 from YC is better then LA 7 from academy( 17 y) only after 5 seasons training and better the LA 7 ( 15 y) after 6-7 seasons !
Carlos said it many times , the low CA with age 17 is main problem with youth form YC. As we all agree , they are hard and long time training.
@Top Level
Brian talk in general. NT and league games are excluded form his analyze for first few seasons cause CA1 players don't play generally in those games. Condition are the same for player form YC and academy. You show your player, I agree it is possible to do that, even easy to do( but it is rather exception then usual). Brian tried to show different things.
