How about this:
GREEN = SKILL OF PLAYER *1
ORANGE = SKILL OF PLAYER * 0.8
RED=SKILL OF PLAYER * 0.5

but we cumulate just avverage score of each zone: for example green 66+orange 50+red 30 ,in this case if we play FC on DC position we get weaker score on green zone and negative impact to our defense   ;)
If we want to play great zone marking we need to use great zone marking players :) I'm afraid that this is the point of a problem with new engine,they simply forgot to calculate avvarage score for each zone before cumulate them for tactic impact...  :-[

sample: for formation dc+dc+dl+dr in green zone with avv. 66 for zm gives score 4x66x1:4 =A
mc+mc+ml+mr in orange zone with avv. 50 for zm gives 4x50x0.8:4=B
fc+fc from red zone with avv. 30 for zm gives 2x30x0.5:2=C
4xA+4xB+2xC :10=tactic score
and same for other calculations in new engine
ps.still arrows in zone marking are nok cause of other reason.

Admin,Dev. and designers should now:
1.Reload server to old engine.
2.start season 10 again.
3.repair and test new engine during season 10
4.Inform everybody two weeks before new season 11 about details in new engine (tested and final good one).

Keep this season for testing and improving few times new engine could be disaster.

I play now friendly against team where manager dont change a tactic anyway (all settings default),and he use same squad as well in whole seasons.Last season play against him two  times with squad little worse than I have now and my team create ball control at 67-69% Right now in half of match Im down 49%-51%.My team is losing ball possesion against full default tactic with team about 20 points worse in team level.Unfortunatelly I think a bug is affect a game and im sure I get penalty with 4 red arrows for zone marking.

sums are counted in old way. When it is compared with new system for own team it makes all this mess. Thankfully it look like it don't affects results

If it is like that than probably they forgot to write some code line to arrows graphic and team report... :-\
The rest should be in plus for realism in this game.Next time some penalty for playing ridiculist tactic will be great.Now we can set four players on one side and just two or even one on other side and our team could be even better - crazy and complately not like in real life.That create situation when managers dont have to care so much to build balanced team with replacement on every position.

It is bug for sure with UZM ,I think they did not finished a work on it same as with tactic report of next team in premium option.Maybe they add one more skill to UZM but they did not implement that skil to counter team tactic.Could be that we have 4 skills against 3 in calculation? Anyway it looks like our team report can be complately wrong too.  :(

You are losing your time because Admin doesn't read anymore this forum, anyway and by the way there are things more importants than these minor problems that you write as remove mots and tokens that are the biggest reasons for people is tired of this disastrous game.

I agree with you on remove tokens, but we must admit this is a bussines, and they don't want to do that.

For mots, I only remove them from WCC (for my team is better remove them from the game) but in this point there is not agreement, so I didnt put it.

Of course it is a bussines but football manager should be in 1st place realistic as it could be,and that means no pay for win competitions.Premium members have too big advantage.Ipay now and can pay without that advantage if I get tools to spend less time for reaserch transfer market use energy etc.I like for example tream analize which I get on table and non premium members must calculate it byself,of course there is many other important things.Maybe all members have to pay lets say 2Euro for a month and premium as now but only for extras without advantage ? In result we get non pay for win game...

Well,this game is best simulation right now killing with many things which are posted many times in forum...In fact there is an project where all of that problems  will not exist and best simulation and fun is number one! I did send to GKO details and the rest is on their hands.In short words they still have time to rescue this game but if this stay like that and other project for real simulation and fun will start than in my opinion GKO can really fall down  :(

I think the bigger problem with mots is just a power of them.Number of mots is ok but power should be much less,perhaps only change to morale on 1 step will be fine,but a player with superb will not get extra points and can stay on same level.The most profit could be for teams at the bottom of league to play a game with better morale (no one of their players is "superb").Basicly this could be good starategy if we play few bad games,best and dominate teams can use it against greatest rivals but than only players with morale less than superb will incrase their game.

Old one but... think that best and more realistic will be when players can get more profit from very good and best training grounds,especially young one.To balance that,match profit should be less and adjust to opponent level(when You play against worse team you get less profit) but young players will get more experience from playing in league  and to balance that change,less profit of experience in national games is good way( right now a gap between NT players and other players is to big in this factor).Maybe is too early to change it in GKO but I already saw that many clubs decide to go one,two levels down only cause of training bonus from games and buy worse players only cause that player will play national games.Imo this should be more realistic,in real life difference of experience from top level and other leagues is exist,same as better player with huge experience in high level without games in National team will be still much better than Andora best national team player (only if Andora player is not at least just little beat below his level).

I look for that kind of game a months ago...I register to GKO and almost forgot about that when wait for a team,during that time immidiately get teams in other online managers.I comeback only because read opinion that is best tactic simulation,but than another surprised as I was not able to change a name of my team and nick.Guys many people reguster without reading manuals at all just to check if it is interesting.We should be able to change team names once for free!!!!!

Yes indeed. Players have their "average" ratings (given in team reports) but in truth the actual abilities of players lie within a range (given in player analysis). The less experienced a player is, the wider the range. Players with very low experience can have a range of 10 pts or more in any given attribute while this range drops to as little as 1 point with very good experience.

Ok  ;) So, players with highest experience play almost all time on their actual highest possible level (depend of morale) and with lower experience not every game...but can we be sure that players do not have hidden attribute like consistency which determinate frequency when they use full ability and experience gave them stability of this factor.I mean with high consistency which could be hidden even player without high experience play good every match or other way.I thought experience give to players extra points and You say that means they use their level in full range more often  :-\

Is the time development of infrastructure in particular Academy takes the same amount of days on each subsequent stage.To upgrade academy from very bad to bad 14 days,from bad to okey also 14 days ?

;) I think that there should be something that allows players with slow growth rates to retain PR later than players with higher progress rates. A player born with PR 2 start to loose progress rate later than one with PR 6. I think this would be more realistic and allow players born with low progress rate a chance to reach their full potential.

I think that's the best idea  8)
in the real world, we have many players who have developed their talent at the stars after 24-25 years of age.

Yes thats very clear.I would like to know a difference of maximum level which player can reach on PA 5,6,7,8,9 etc.If it is not clear cause of experience please write +/-
 for example Pa5 =maximum 60    Pa6=maximum 65

Playets are rate by level like a 50 56 60 etc. and by Potential ability from 1 to 15.Is potential ability related to this level? For example Pa 5=level 52 till 57 ? If there is some relation please describe how it is looks for each PA.

Thats very strange,do You know if both have similar velue or it can be totaly different like a easliy for traning and hard for a match?
Is there more hidden things in this game which we should know (there is no info on manual about two injure prone  stats) ?

When we play a match and set tactic to hard,players can get injured faster.when we train players and set training to hard they also can get injured faster depend of Prone to injury level.How about this skill on the match ? Does Prone to injury level affect our players on match too? or during a match only a tackling level do that ?

I think even better filter on TL will not solved the problem on some visible level.Maybe all kind of ads should be restricted by some money punishment but...to help managers with promote players from TL programers should create special chat room...

good compromise may be separate settings for the different competitions where
friendly - You may set only Easy tackling
Qualification - only easy and medium tackling
Final tournament - all easy,medium,hard available
