Same like last season I prepair small shortlist,this time I think U21 team will be used to train our best talents.That system where talented players are playing friendly games in main and U21 team is also work in all best National teams of Gokickoff world.Gobinho knows a lot about that and I think togheter with You will build up strong National Team which could be at least "black horse"
In next seasons our best juniors are strong enough to play in main team,thank's to that U21 friendly games can be used to train young boys already for 4 seasons ahead.To make it all more clear first present You best selection for qualification in season nr.13

As You see some players will be ready and it looks strong but we need better players for DR/DMR and DL/DML and some reserve for each position.To train a player in this system beside playing national games is also very important to let him play in club at least two/three games in week(including one/two games in league) and set training by very good coach.If a player dont play at club playing in national team will be only waste of time.How it looks like You can see at those big talents...

Unfortunately this season Netherland did not get great talents and what I see it is more difficult to get them from best academy.Well, there is almost 400 best academy's in GKO world,things could go even worse next seasons
Because of that we should think about reserve players and train them too,even if they are not golden boys...Here is reserve list for season nr.15 but I recommand to train some of them already now:

Each month I will check a list and write if we have new talents.
About my talents...
Stef Van Daele has slow progres rate but he is already 6/9/2 ,I guarantee that he will play 4 games in week and will be train by great coach.He is very high on potential list (nr.9) and right now is our best option for season nr.15
Benedictus Van Nifterick is number 2 on potential list just behind great talent Theodorus Haenraets,If we start to train him right now he will be very strong for season 15.I guarantee 4 games in week in club and training by great coach.Also if You play important games I will recover condition if You ask,I will not play them day before world cup selection to prevent injured player on your national squad.
For resreve on GK position for season 15 You can use Bas Albronda 18

? 7/4 this player will be ready for sure but Benedictus Van Nifterick will be better player maybe even much better and playing in our top level give You certainty taht will be not overload in case match against team from club owner country
and of course is always more comfortable when You have two good players for each position.
PS.
I highly recommand to use all substitutions for minimum 30 minutes on pitch that will give to 14 players training,and to prevent injures set tackling for easy.If You have any question or need extra selection always welcome
