If i have 2 players with both the same skills but one has more experience than the other, the values in the analysis are higher for the one which has most experience.

Does anyone know any form of calculation to calculate the analysis more accurately?

I do not know the exact formula, but experience is extremely important!

yes i know.

example: you have a central defender with heading 13 marking 13 tackling 13 positioning 13 but with 7 star experience and if you compare with another player with heading 16 marking 16 tackling 16 position 16 but with 1 star experience, there is a big difference in the analysis of the player.

Eventually it is better to invest in the player with 16 skills but he will not perform as good as the experienced one.

i was asking maybe somebody found a formula of the experience. thanks for replying.

Hibury has always been huge on youth talent and we still follow that trend, but this has given the management here a very good look at the importance of experience. From early in the teams career, we sacrificed many experienced players in search of youth talent and were reasonably successful. During this period, we did notice what you have been realizing about experienced players.
$:-\$ Often you will find players with high experience and seemingly no skill ability at all. These players still seem to play at an exceptionally high level. For example, my experienced striker has terrible stats when compared to the youth talent I have been developing at the club, but he still plays at a higher level than the young boys according to the skill analysis. This is often proven when he scores important goals where the other more talented youth strikers can't seem to advance the score line.

Experience is a major factor. You will notice that there is improvement in the analysis of players as well as an improvement in their game production as their experience grows. It isn't the only factor in how a player preforms, but it is a factor in the game that simulates the maturing of a player and one that should be taken into account when trying to build a winning team.

You perfectly understood my point.

i calculate values for tactics for players but never took into account the amount of experience. Experience does really make a difference. So even if you have a player with no skills but with high experience.... he can be the player who can make you win important games.

Any more help out there... how much importance do you give to experience?

As rule of thumb: I believe a player with 1 experience star operates at 80% the efficiency of a 10 star player.

This was based on historic observations of my players efficiency in team tactics. Its not easy to be precise because efficiency is also effected by moral and now by their team worksing ability. My observations were noted before the introduction of team working. I've not tried to repeat it recently.

Does 80% sound about right to you?

Not sure about the calculation due to the numerous factors involved in player performance including how other players effect one players activity level, but Andy is right about players not playing to their full ability until they have at least some experience.

i am gathering data based on Moral and Experience by comparing my calculated value of UPM UZM etc... and compare that to the actual analysis (Premium Users) found in the player details.

I did not know about team working.... can you explain more please?

I will share my results once i have enough data to come up with a value.

There are factors affecting his performance as follows:

1. Experience - The higher experience, the better chance he plays well regularly.
2. Morale
3. Proficiency within the chosen playing position.
4. Condition - Efficiency decreases alongside condition. A player will not have this penalty if his condition is over 92%.
5. Adaptation to the team.

So i am assuming that Proficiency is Natural... Condition is over 92% and Player is fully adapted to the team.

The remaining variables are Experience and Morale....

So Morale we can have the following levels:

POOR.... level 1
OKAY.... level 2
GOOD... level 3
VERY GOOD... level 4
SUPERB.... level 5

and the other variable is the amount of stars in experience

so my work is based on the following equation: (Still not correct.... i am trying different equations but here is an idea maybe you can put your idea)

REAL TACTIC VALUE = Calculated TACTIC VALUE x (Constant of Morale x Level) x (Constant of Experience X Number of Stars)

Guys i need your comments and feedback

From my experience I think that 1* of exp gives about 1-1,5 in total level of player i.e. Ca 6 without exp is about 52-54 on very good morale when same player with full of exp is about 62-67.

As I understand you are looking how exp affects on each factor in tactics. I don't know anyone who knows exact formula.

I recognition you need this for compare two players from the market or your player to another from the market. So I can tell you that if both players from the market are vary only of exp you should buy that one with higher exp.
If your player has same skills as that from the market you shouldn't buy another. It will be waste of money. Better way is spent this money on simply better player that you have and use him in many games so his exp will rise. This should you give another profit. You will can sell him at same value or higher despite he will be older

I know where you are coming from and that is kind of what I did. By looking at the relationship between my calculated score for UZM and the score shown on the premium team report you can see an inefficiency rating. When I applied this inefficiency to the my calculated socre for UPM it matched more or less (GKO uses lots of invisible decimal points) with the team report score. Looking at this relationship day by day for 3 or 4 seasons I could see this score changing as morale changed. I too was interested to know how the formula worked byut I did not record any information, I just observed and

I think roughly speaking:

A player who is fully adapted but with ok morale and 1 star of experience operates at about 78% efficiency. Each improvement in moral and each improvement in experience adds about 2% to the efficiency score. If you do your maths you will realise I can't be exactly right but I think that is about right.

You do need to take into account teamworking now.
