I have a couple of suggestions about youth players.
if you're forcing us to use youth at least give us youth that can reach their potential by 30 league game per season till they are 22.
i don't want to spend 4M on very good academy and get player 18y 3/9/2, if you are giving players with such high LA and very low PR
they should be very young 13-15y old.
low PR players have no chance to reach their potential because of CA7 training limit (this rule makes no sense because it only limits low PR players from reaching their potential, high PR players are going to reach their potential anyway)

I like that you can train players in any direction you want, but this is not realistic...
I can train a young player who has creativity 3 to 20 if he has enough LA

I propose you limit players based on their current abilities witch they are born with.
you can limit individual skill by letting players learn max 10 points in specific skill
(with training)
for example a player that is born with creativity 3, off the ball 10, passing 3, crossing 3, can develop attack
in training max creativity 13, off the ball 20, passing 13, crossing 13

Good suggestion, but like other past good suggestion, it will be ignored. Some time ago I was thinking something similar, like a "single skill limited ability" instead of the actual global limited ability.
Both these ideas will solve also the problem that now great part of players is being skilled as an army of clones.

Which is actually the only this you are after. I dont like it any more than you do. I think it at least is way too steep. We miss out on the wonderful world of football where 22-25 year old players (or older) suddenly becomes extremely good. Or at least its very very hard and takes loads of patience. For example we miss players like Fabregas who matured into a world class player, quite late really.

I get what you are coming at, but I think you overestimate your suggestions, the problem and underestimate the time and effort it is to find talents you want to train to keep as first team players.

yes and no!
actually i am unsure whether to invest 4M in camp or in the academy.
in the camp I get players who fit my needs and PR is 4,
in the academy as things stand I can get anything.

I added this because I think it is a good idea.

I do not like the idea at all.

why do you not like?

player would continue to grow through the matches and develop attack (cre.,pas.,cro.- 14,15,...)
in the training he learned nothing, or another skill.
restriction would essentially remain the same, but all players would have the opportunity to realize there potential.

But I agree with lordaust, the first suggestion of max 10 learning improvement is relatively unneeded.
If you want to follow the real world, then I can tell you many stars don't seem to have potential at first, but later became the tops in this area. Did you know that Hierro was once a Attacking Midfield? He was one of the best defender/defending midfields in history in my opinion.
The secon one is good

. the 7 CA thing is stupid. And the 20(stop getting youth bonuses)/22(PR starting to decrease) year old rule is also as stupid as the law here in China which states that marriage can only happen as late as 20(Woman)/22(Man).........

I think lordaust not understand this proposal completely.

only in training can not learn everything in attack on 20
As it stands now you have to choose what to do, you learn through training to LA7.
now could train attack to 20 until you meet CA7, then progresses other skills only in the game to CA9.
Or you can train most score that you need to meet 15 until LA7, and then continue to rise these points through the matches to 20.
on my way would also have to choose what you'll learn it in training (You can not learn everything, just through training), but the players could learn in training until he meets potential!

when you put on paper, the restrictions remain the same, but this restriction is better for all players.

Give us young players who can fulfill there potential, or change the current limitations
