I agree... We need to know more about Mots. If we must face Mots, we should have a better idea of what it is we will be facing when another team uses mots. I think this information has value to managers.
I am afraid that there's no official info about MotS, only speculations.
Based on some manager's calculation, it seems that MotS increases all individual/team levels a 13%. In other words, if your team level is 600, playing MotS you would be playing level 678, if your UZM level is 62, playing MotS it would be 70,06.
The increase doesn't seem that high in tactical terms, but in individual level things are serious. An average player might increase a low dribbling skill (let's say 50) up 56,5. It's an interesting number indeed!
An average keeper could increase his GKS 55 up to 62,15. Some NT keepers aren't that skilled...
