[suggestion] player orders in advance instructions

It would be nice if, in advance instructions, we could set player orders for substitutes so they need not follow the same ones set for the starting player. Player orders include:

-Long shots (rarely, default, often)
-Run with ball (rarely, default, often)
-On penalty area (try to pass, default, try to shoot)
-More attack, default, more defend

Of courses, on additional option (no change) would also be needed for each,

I would add position changes, I mean, that we could change formation. Now, one subtitution is forward for forward, with the same tactic 4-4-2, for example. I mean that we could change a forwarf for a defender so in this way we can change from 4-4-2 to 5-4-1.

And I suggest the posibility of change free kick, penalty or corner kicker if we do a players change or it entry aftger the begining of the macth, now is not possible. And the main defender too!!.

It's very interesting Brian. I totally agree with your idea, because as far as I know none of the players who have the exact same capabilities, so with addition of instruction feature on subtitute players like that,  the changes of tactics will be more  effective.
