Youth Team Friendly Match make it possible
« on: August 29, 2011, 06:12:43 PM »
 ;D For example for next season on tuesday it coud be possible to have youth friendly match. How? an option could be like have to suscript players like National Teams only that have to be young players only players youngers than 20 (20 incluted) so you hve to inscribe at least 15 players (maybe it could be to insribe 2 olders than 20) then after that the system shows you the list of others teams that have also inscribe their young team with this system everyweek, teams could make heir young friendly match...  :P
How do you know what is life about if you never played football?

Yeah, I don't understand what difference there is. If you want to play your youth players, can't you just play them in regular friendlies? If you have so many players that you could afford to play two friendlies in a week and not risk any of your starting 11, then maybe you have too many players. That would require at least 33 players, all uninjured, and more like 40+ if you want to keep some extra players in reserve. I wonder how many clubs could actually do that. I know I couldn't and I have 32 players, which seems a bit higher than the average.

There's a little difference..... i don't believe other users anymore..... i work a lot in youth team development and i've already played a lot of U-20 friendlies...... a lot of times happened that suddenly, when the game is about to start, i realize that my rival team put 1 or 2 players over 20 and CA4 or 5, that makes difficult find serious opponents with real youth teams and players in development..... if i say "let's play U-20 matches", i really mean it, else, i'd say "let's use some youth players, ok?"......

To be honest, set a youth team match having the security that wil be played 100% with youth players is at least interesting.

* Morale loss
* An extra defeat in manager's stactics

Doesn't matter to you, i don't care at all.... i'm just saying that if it could be possible, it would be great, but i believe there's a lot more things to do before that.

Ah, maybe i wasn't clear, but i don't want "one more extra friendly", i want to have the chance to filter rivals and locking them to "U-20  players" when i search a normal friendly, that's all.

I think this is an important idea BUT if it were to happen, players should receive half as much experience points as if they had played in a regular friendly. In other words, it should take about 2 youth matches to provide the equivalent experience of one regular friendly.
