We've already discuss it a lot of times before.... even if loaning players is a great idea, current youth player's situation doesn't fit, because any decent talent you might have promoted this seasn rarely will have enough quality to play asap in a new team, there's no real gap between developed teams and new teams, you don't promote CA4 players from your academy, it takes time....
Besides, the risk of cheating i very high too!
In long term, when those who invested in academies and facilities have some advantage it might be a great idea, even more.... it would be interesting having a "B" team, playing lower divisions (not income for those teams, just player's experience, even more, we could increase club's expenses to compensate), some countries like Spain does it in real life, what do you think?
