MR was injuried and an AMCL came in to substitute him (and he made goal and assist also :O ) because no more MRs was available in the team...
But if you look at the player who came on you'll see he can also play MR, though akwardly

Personally I'd also like a little green arrow or something indicating the last skill-increase, would be easier to keep track. But it might just be me.

I see your point, but I still believe some kind of substitution should be made. If your keeper is injured or suspended you don't leave the goal open...

I don't know the exact of this, but it is a known fact that players with high experience play closer to their max level. This should also be the fact when calculating "captain effect" I believe.

I've also picked LA 5-6 players, but none less than PR 3...though most where only that. Then again, the best I've gotten has been 3/9/3... No wonderkids from my "best" academy. But, in a way, that's how it should be.... Isn't it? I mean, we all want that impossible LA 15 player, but would it be any fun if all got them?
