Didn't know where to post this..but anyway, does anyone have a "Best" youth academy? 10,000,000 to get it.....
If anyone has one, how are the youth players coming out of there?

I will do this season, and I will come back to tell you what kind of youths I will have, don't worry. If they are bad, I will not curse the invested money on it, next seasons I will have more luck it that happens...

My friend has a youth academy in Spain,he has spent over 7million G and he has a 8/4 and a 11/4

I always thought it was more economical to invest money in the transfer market. Such a large investment isn't one I consider the best option for finding the best players for your team. There is an argument that having such a good academy works out when you sell players, but I think building the best team means more than just spending 10 million for the best academy.
Having good facilities doesn't mean job done. It just helps you to reach your goals.

But the academy is random.when players from two the best academy aren't as good as each other,once is good and once is bad,I think their argument is right

The best accademy granted me players CA 2-3 instead of 1 (very low) like the camps.

In these 2 last seasons I took 1 player 17 years old 3/10/5 (Pino Caruso that I sold for 7.000.007 G), 1 player 17 years old 3/10/4 that someone would like to buy for 5.000.000 but I am not selling, 1 player 19 years old 3/9/3 and 1 player of 16 years old 2/7/5 and other interesting ones.

I am very happy of my accademies.

now i am THE BEST for the last 2 seasons. Last seasons i had one 10, one 9, and one 8.
This season is the sma efor me i had one 10, one 9 and one 8.

This time i am not selling my best players.

I also have a Very Good academy. I have got 4 players this season, 2/6/4 FC, 2/8/2 AMC, 3/7/3 DR, 3/6/3 AML.
Where is my PA 9?!

LA 11 are still very rare and LA 10 more than usefull for top series.

You don't train a CA 11 in a day after all.

In the whole game we have just 25 player more than LA 10 and only 9 have more than TA 3.

I was not aware that Everton had no other solution than advertizing on a forum to get applications for their academy

Everton have better scouting in their own area rather than stealing the young players from the other countries and not let the new Steven Gerrard fly to Liverpool.
