At the
very least,
once a manager has 5 coaches, we should be able to choose which to fire AFTER we see the coaching abilities of the new coach. We shouldn't have to arbitrarily fire one of our coaches in order to hire a new one.
More generally,
when buying a coach, we really should at least get a few options to choose from! n the RW, supply and demand dictate that to a large extent, it is the surplus of low-level coaches and shortage of very high-level ones that fundamentally give them their value, so the number a coach search generates to select from should reflect this aspect of reality. A low-value coach search would generate several coaches to choose from while a high-level search would only return a few....
The only other bearable alternative I can think of would be to increase the number of coaches we can have, from 5 to 8-10. Personally, I like the above idea better.
