I totally agree with your suggestion. It would be nice if managers from any country could control national teams currently controlled by bots. This could possibly cause problems that could be exploited by less honourable managers such as match fixing or player exclusion, but I think that these problems can easily be policed. If performance standards for foreign managers could be set up, a foreign would compete for a national team position based on some kind of standard of performance insuring that if that manager doesn't do a good job, they would be replaced by another willing manager given the chance to improve on team performance. Allowing the bot to select players for the national team would also help avoid problems with player selection bias.
The management of Hibury FC will continue to support moves that seek to improve the performance of our country in national team qualifications and we speak for the entire league when I say we would prefer anything over the current bot managers. If this is a possibility, we would support a move in this direction.
