My nation has 3 levels = 208 teams
Yet my national cup has only 7 rounds (128 teams), which excludes 80 teams (39% of all teams)

THIS IS A PROBLEM. There is at least one manager in my nation who has not played a cup match in over 2 seasons!

Now I understand that some leagues are simply too big to include all teams in the national cup. With a 14 round cup, there is a limit of 16,384 teams that could compete. So really big nations with 6 or more levels won't be ale to be all-inclusive. That is reasonable. Still 93% of teams in a 6 level nation can compete in a 14 round cup

However, I'm not talking about Thailand here. My nation has only 3 levels!

League or cup system needs to be changed so AT LEAST 90% OF CLUBS IN NATIONS WITH 6 OR FEWER LEVELS COMPETE IN NATIONAL CUP

In my 3 level nation this could be accomplished in one of two ways:

1) add a 4th level of bot clubs and add a round to the cup (8 instead of 7), whereby only 4th level bot clubs are excluded
2) remove one round of cup and replace it with a qualifying round only for 128 of the 144 c-level teams. This would exclude only 16 teams (8% of total) ideally all bots

I hope something can be done to fix this, and soon!

the bot issues is a serius problem to all leagues, what about allow people to have another team in other country, not in the same league, but in other league, not to do cheat, but to play nice and complete leagues, this must help te game !

if active managers cant beat bot teams why would they should be promoted to top league?

so managers who has ended #3 #4 in B league should be in top league because they cant beat a bot team?p.s. caps lock is next to A

yep, i dont get it why some managers should go to top league after wining B league and why some managers should go to top league after ending like #4 in B league, is that fare? you have to earn place in top league not be promoted as a looser who cant beat bot teams

i think that strongest teams should play in top league, Ologga says you have only to be active to play in top league, no matter you end #1 or #6 in B league. we are only sharing opinions

Yes, the issue here is NOT bot teams, but active teams that are excluded from National Cup because of flaws in the league/cup design. Having MORE bot teams (in a new, lower level) is actually one potential solution to this.

The important thing here is that active managers in a small league like mine should ALL get a shot at the cup - even if they languish in the bottom level - and it will be hard to retain players if they go 2 or more seasons in a row without a cup match.

The point is whar Brian said, dont take personal the topics, everyone can think different, but we must thin what is better for game, Brian just ask for active users to play the national cup, that's very easy to understand and admin should listen !!!!
