Depends of a lot more things than just the skill points, It depends of the experience, It depends of if the player value is low 150,000 and 200,000 or medio 300- 350,000 or high 400 - 500 etc.
It depends also if you are training some particular habilities, or just two or three habilities, because you can have a lot of habilities with .9 I Mean 10.9, 13.9, 8.9 etc, because you see the truncated numbers not the exact value
