1 - Condition increases 3% each day (or 1% if you set his training workload as "heavy"), you can increase it a little bit using the "activity" tab in your player's profile. Doing an activity, your player will get an extra 2% spending 80 energy points or 1 credit.
2 - Attendance depends on your club's rating and the division you are playing...... there are minimum attendance rates in Top Level, B and C level (20.000, 15.000 and 12.000 people).
