I totally agree, youth develeopment within the english leagues through the U-21 squad is vital for our nation to become more successful in international cups and competitions imho  :)

It has always been quiet in this forum, the odd passer by and a good few readers... still, we have fairly good representation in the international forums (ourselves included  ;))

It is nice to start playing real players lol, last season in my C league i was against a number of good active managers and this season i am against more plus a player i have regular friendlies against who has also come up from the E leagues... so it is so exciting  :D

Lol early days yet  ;)

My team has been riding its luck, one of my friends has had two draws despite totally dominating his matches... it will all balance out soon enough  ;)

Having a stuttery start to my season. Won 2, Drawn 2 (a bot team and an inactive team), and I lost yesterday to a team with a banned manager.  :'(

We are in a tough league Roostophe, teams are just about finding their form so 2-2-1 is a pretty good start  :).

A friend of mine in our league is 2-3-0 but has the team to have won all five  ::)

I am sure that after a few more matches we will start seeing leagues taking shape a gaps will begin to appear between innactives/bots and active managers so just stick with it  8)

Good luck and i will look forward to our match against each other  :D

Unfortunately, I don't see it that way. 16 points from 12, outside the relegation zone on goal difference. It's not a good follow-up from finishing 3rd last season.

My strikers have been poor this season; only one has found the back of the net. I bought a new striker in the last few days and I'm hoping he'll find his scoring shoes and bang some in.

And if that isn't enough, I've just gone 1-0 down in my cup match... Scratch that, I won 2-1 in Extra Time.

Intervention: Good game we had. Sorry you were on the end of my new striker's first goal.

On the other hand, at least you're challenging for promotion...  :(

Lol it was a good game Roostophe and well won... nothing to be sorry about  8). Its good to see you pulled back that cup match too my friend  :)

Real Compton, if you have not got the team depth to go all out in both, i would recommend you stick to the league games. Second place in C3 is a great position to be in but a delecate one. What you dont want to do is burn out your game winners in the cup then suffer in the league for it IMHO  ;)

If however you achieve early security in your league (9-12 point gap really) you can afford to lose a few games so is an ideal oppertunity to pump into the cup if you're still in it... hope this helps (different perspective)  :D

I honestly don't know where I'm going wrong this season, and that isn't a good sign.

Floating above relegation with a point separating me and the zone.

Have a bot team on Saturday and I'm hoping Intervention can, umm, intervene and beat the team beneath me so I can open up a gap.

Well Roostophe you looked very unlucky to lose last night - you dominated pocession and number of shots, just one of those things I guess? Mind you: your tactical choices didn't quite work out for you, so you could think about tinkering there? Anyway, you've got two games now against BOTs so a good chance to head off the relegation wolves. And you are still in the cup so plenty to still smile about. Good Luck

Real compton... i THINK its about 8 rounds, but dont quote me on that  :D. I think you are onto something with the AMR though lol 8)

Roostophe... i hope that intervention helped  ;)... i agree with Andy, also dont forget that each season ALL teams are improving across all leagues so newly promoted teams are better than the relegated BOTs! It is amazing what a tactic tweak can do though  8)

Nice win the cup today Roostophe. No idea what you did to the opponents though? 3 players injured!!!! I am sure his player must have had low condition, rather than you kicking them off the park?

Good luck with the next round, sadly I wont be joining you, as I made a inglorious exit this round.
