Mmmm i don't know if they're cheaters....

.... it's clear, both cases are the same user creating 2 accounts, however sometimes people makes 2 accounts because they think that maybe next time they'll get a league instantly, if new teams could get a league after they confirm their accounts this might not happen.

I have been GM in similar games like this one and you can trust me, 80 % of the cheaters are not smart and do such things...
By the way, I am not very confortable with such kind of forum threads, because some people will be accused of cheating, and only gamemasters can be sure about that, so it should remain confidential. ( if he's accused wrongly, damage is still there because you read that maybe he's cheating )
