**Tips and Tricks** Trainer and Trainee
« on: November 10, 2010, 08:25:17 AM »
As you can see that the attributes of a coach consist of

Attacking
Defending
Goalkeepers
Shooting
Setpiece
Ball Control
Tactical
Aerobic
Fitness
Menta
Working with Youngsters

The value of these attributes indicate the effectiveness of coach to train each drill.
The last attribute indicates how well he can train a youth player.

It is important to balance the number of players per coach as work overload of a coach diminishes the progression of training.
If a staff instructs no more than 5 players, he is being 100 % effective. You can check this easily by pressing the "Coach Detail"
tab of the "Training" menu. If the workload of a coach is proficiency, he is being 100% effective.

There are 4 levels of coach
1. 10,000 G
2. 100,000 G
3. 700,000 G
4. 120 credits (You can earn credits can by referring GoKickOff to your friends.)

No difference. The only difference is that the youth ones don't appear in the tactic page.
However, the "Working with Youngsters" attribute of a coach have an influence on training a youth squad.

So youngsters have any chance from training from playing in game. Tell me what are profits from sending a young players to youth squad?

Right now we don't have youth league. So, promoting a player to youth squad will enable him to play in a match
which will help him develop faster.

So "Working with Youngsters" only applies to the Youth Squad? (Just asking for clarification, thanks.)

Thanks for answer the questions, very kind of your part. This time I want to know if you please, could explain me about the academy, is there any diference to promote the players at the begining, at the middle or at the end of the season? it's the same to have a player quickly or not? and also if you wait to next season to promote players they're going to be better players or not?

Sorry, I wasn't clear earlier. Working with Youngsters" applies to all players under the age of 22 not just the youth squads.

It totally depends on your academy level as well as your luck.

I seem to remember seeing a list of which player skills that these correspond to, but I can not find it. Can someone point me to it, many thanks.

So, if I have player in youth squad, DC (for example), is it better to set his training Defending, and "give" him a trainer for Defending, or "give" him a trainer who has abillity Working with youngsters?
