Is it easier that get higher LA youth player from the smaller country?

Hi there , My name’s Somchai
Do you really know how the academy system works? Does it have a higher possibility to get higher LA youth player from the smaller country when you invest same tokens or Gs?
I guess that it is easier to get higher LA youth player from larger country if the possibility of higher LA youth player is same in each country and the possibility is counted separately in each country.

In the past i noticed that when pulling out from my academy (Portugal) a youngster from very small countries (in terms of active manager number) i received better players. But really i think that this was only my impression. In fact, while i was pulling LA10+ youngsters only from "small" countries, there were portuguese teams pulling out many LA10+ portuguese players...
 By the way, right now i am pulling only portuguese players since we have very few active managers and i want to fight for a good national team.

I'm from a small country with only 5 "The Best" academy and we don't usually get high LA payers even when we waste millions every season in extra players. I don't think that is how it works unless using tokens actually does have a better chance that isn't stated anywhere.

I do not believe that odds are any different for different sized nations

However, the odds that a given player with decent LA will be selected for the national team in his career in smaller nations is much higher than large nations with super high LA players
