Spam I can log in on smarphone only. On PC and laptop I tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge and saw only as undertaker said- cannot connect db. I tried Facebook login too and doesn't work either.

Same problem here. I can enter the game only through Mozilla Firefox using my laptop. I can't enter the game trying any other web browser and I can't enter the game via my smartphone at all. Just this stupid message ''cannot connect db'' is shown all the time

Interesting. I log in whole day from smartphone. Now cant on others machines. Gko remember IP and don't allow change it for user to log in? ........No i connected to home network and still can log in

Just clear the cache on the browser and/or reset the modem/ruter to get another IP address(I guess your ISP are using dynamic IP addresses)

cleared cache...nothing
got new IP address...still nothing
tried different browser...still nothing

just "cannot connect db"...although online tests suggest there are no problems with the site...weird.

I coldn't connect in the whole day using my smartphone ("cannot connect db" error), in fact i set yesterday's tactic 2 days ago but this morning i tought that NT matches weren't happening

Even now, i can enter the game using a notebook and Xbox One's browser, but not using my smartphone, weird....

Same problem (can not connect db) wipe cache and temporary, restart the PC and modem, router and nothing reestablished, probe with Chrome, EDGE, Mozilla and Safari ... Nothing !!!

yes, it is working for somoene ( small group) and for some conditions ( ip, browser, system???) . Whayt they are? No clue.

Have anyone tried to change dns settings and try again...? Try with 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as your DNS servers, maybe you will have better luck

i can not seem to come in and do now login from 2 days ... from my regular pc ... ( two different devices ) that I use at work ... nor will can not login by smathphone devices ... of these devices I caught these days some DOWN server while easily ... can not login from the device of my parents , who do not use regularly and that has NEVER taken the server DOWN . I think the problem lies . ie all devices that have taken the DOWN server while we were on line in the game to qualchestrano reason were put to " CALL " from gioco..come if they had been locked up in limbo and can no longer entrane on line in the game
