Players stop developing before they rich limited ability

I have a requiring problem where my players stop developing before they rich limited ability

I have 3 other players who did this but I can't provide enough information.

So should this game do this, one more thing they develop but only when they play a game.

- When the 'current ability' of a player reaches his 'limited ability' or current ability is above or equal to 7, training will have no effect in improvement. Only by playing in matches will his skills improve.

It's not 5 actually... i don't remember if it was 5.2 or 5.4, but it is a bit more than just 5.
