I manage Argentina NT now, if somebody would come with a message like that, i would definetly not accept his conditions. I would be willing to discuss the situation if the approach would be different... let's say

My player's PR is dropping and he still isn't maxed, it would be better for both club and NT if the player plays as many matches as possible this season, would you give him more matches?

Every country is "a different world", but personally, i wouldn't count with his players after receiving a message like that, i wouldn't know what to expect later after all.

Personal opinion: the most expensive doesn't mean the best of GKO.

And i don't think that China would miss him that much, you can create 2 or 3 squads ready to play a World Cup aiming to the top.

I manage Uruguay NT since a few seasons and i totally agree with Kr10s. I don't have that big NT team and i did reject some threats for players that would be important for us. Terms and conditions must be reasonable. I think that you could not accept impositions from anyone.

Agree with Godball and Carlos. If the manager really wants his player to get NT experience, he had better be willing to work with the NT manager.
After all, the roles could easily be reversed in the future!

I agree with that. I usually contact the Nat coach and ask him what he needs. He will benefit from national training so I want him to be the player the Nat coach wants to play. If that means training him a certain way, that is what I will do.

First of all, it is a big mistake to make public issue like this. It won't going to right direction anymore. When everybody want good for the player they can easily make agreement. Here I see that Nt manager felt offended and went public . This is very , very wrong way. Cause of his personal feelings Nt will lost a very good player. The life is full of choices like this, in Gko are humans, so same here. When you have to decide for community you have to sucrifice your honour. And Nt coach have to think about what is the best for Nt.
PS. I know that many times is different story. The Nt manager push specific training if user want to play for his player in Nt.
So let's Nt coaches have more balls and to cope with other side , lol.
Ps2. As far I know ARAMAZOV isn't fluent in English, so he write strict. I know it looks harsh, but still if I be there I would talk much longer .
Ps3. When I think more about this, it looks like just revenge on ARAMAZOV , not a real care about problem.

These are not some of the terms civilians to entertain a conversation profitable.

I would not consider that player for the NT until his manager doesn't change his way.

I would tell him that PFC Botev Plovdiv, the football club he obviously supports, should hire him straight away because he has won more in GKO than they, or any Bulgarian football manager, has ever won in the RW

on the other hand, let's look at the opposite situation. Romania U21.

last season, when u21 was playing friendlies, the coach started the season in a normal fashion, playing the best u21 players, those that he would need for the world cup. that lasted some 4-5 matches.

then, the man of the match in the first 4 matches of the season was taken out of u21. Multescu Alberto was a 10/10/6 aml 18 yo that would have played 2 world cups.

the gk, a 10/4 was replaced by the coach's gk, Coman Daniel, a 6/2 and so on.

all the top players, most of them la10 were replaced by la6,7,8. all of them were from the gang of cheaters that voted the coach (yes, zsoka and comp.)

a bit later, so the sabotage won't be so obvious and admin not have such a clear cut case, he selected somewhat better players, but not the top players. and the season went on and the top players lost training and experience.

and guess what? i told him he can't use him. he is not allowed to use him, because i say so! so, i lowered his condition and morale and taught the Romania U21 coach a lesson: if you're not playing fair, up yours, cheater!!! you need to do whatever you can, to assist in developing the players in the friendly season, before having the privilege of playing them!

so, the reverse situation is also valid. if you get elected, it doesn't mean you'll do what you please, all the time

Mihut, there is one thing that made your situation different: Zsoka didn't use players that should be in the NT. I am sure that chinese manager is not trying to farm a LA8 player, to me, leaving a fully developed player aside to farm a valid replacement is not wrong.

Just two questions: "after the competition, who do you think that lost more? Zsoka's or Romania reputation? And the other would be "did something changed after that?" Because i can't imagine it did...

I think that not using the best players avaiable in the friendly season could be a way of not showing the aces to all. This could help the team in being a surprise in the moment of truth.

It depends who you face... I don't think i would surprise a top manager hiding a strong player during friendlies or qualifying matches.

i'm not sure i'm following you. Romania's u21 coach didn't use replacements and my player wasn't fully developed. he is still getting match training.

about reputation, i think zsoka is strengthening his cheater reputation and pulling more and more weak managers in the same boat, destroying the future of Romania's NT. the u21 coach is a kid, around 10 years old, according to what i've read on the chat.

and a new one: the NT coach is a user that got his team a season ago. how strange is the fact that 2 top level, champions cup participants, florinsteaua and spynall, put together, barely made a little more votes than that user?

where is admin, what is he doing? you don't need to be a developer to ban cheaters...
