What does it mean? I spent 3 tokens for a joke.

I can understand the doubt.

CA 2-3 could be okay.
LA 7-8 could be okay.
PR 3-8 Isn't okay at all.

What does it mean PR 3-8? What kind of report is it? A so huge fork in the PR mean that the player could be everything from an modest PR3, to an extraordinary PR8 without ignoring an ordinary PR4. From 7/3 to 8/8 is too much for a paid report.

Report should be approximative waiting some week but should be exact or near exact if paid with tokens (real money).

Shame on you Mr. Admin. You owe me 3 tokens or a better report.

you pay for receive that report earlier . if you want more, you must pay more ...this is business..if you don't like the way it is now , don't pay and wait for the report.

If you would have received that reports after 8 weeks waiting i would surely be on your side. But i am laughing for 2 reasons:

Many things aren't serious here. And this report is a joke, you can't call that "a report"
And secondly, despite admin ignores us you stil gave him money looking for an ingame advantage, so good you didn't get it!

I am not buying advantages. I am supporting the games.

Geny, the reason is very simple, they don't need to do it.

If the game would be in trouble or finances weren't good, what would you do? I think in many options, and some of them doesn't require big investment in things like advertising: what about better customer service, promotions to show people that buying premium might be worth, special prices for some days (such as cyber monday or christmas eve), did you see any of them?
There are many things to translate, many of them are fully translated in developer's hands, do you see something new translated? Translators did their part, developers didn't.

Why nothing change? Because it's not necessary, as long as people keep pulling extra youth using token, avoid to spend time to get youth reports, or keep healing their injured players with their money, there's no need to change something.... Even more, the lastest "new feature" is that "everything you buy is redeemed inmediately", they don't need to verify transactions anymore, how can somebody call that "a new feature"?

So yes, i laugh when somebody tries to buy some ingame advantage and fails, this game is stuck and developers are not the only one to blame, as customers, we also have rights, giving money to somebody who ignores you is not a good way to make them worth, i might be argentinian, my country might be poor, but i am not stupid.

That said, i say that the last time that GKO added a new feature, player faces changed, the avatar engine never were finished (coaches are old engine looks and shirts aren't displayed properly in our player's faces), when that thing were added i bought 1 year premium (it was september 2013) nothing changed happened since then so i stopped spending money in the game. That doesn't mean i am cheap or that i don't want to spend money here, it means that i want to support a growing game, if GKO provides something "new"and worth to see (or avatar engine is finished) i will buy premium again, else, i will keep clicking one or two ads per day, that is far enough payment for a game running in auto pilot.

I would love to see more people thinking like me

Edit: Spam, nice speech, but admin doesn't owe you "10 tokens or a better report", he owes you respect, too bad you haven't realized of if and you still want your advantage (a better fast report) or your tool to take advantage (token), and how get those 10 token are irrelevant, you said it "you owe me 10 tokens or a better report", so....?

agree, premium is enough as a support, tokens are evil and everyone uses them do it for himself, not for anyone else.

Ruta, most online free games are pay per win, specially the PvP'ones. I am aware of that and despite i don't like it, i accept it and i live with it. But of course, i love to see when people want to get something extra using "the token method" and fails, is that so wrong?

The other free games are different than GKO in one thing: most of them constantly evolve or at least receives small updates every 2 or 3 months, here, you can send anything to GKO developers and you know that nothing will happen. Outside GKO,you usually can invest money to win something but you know that your money will come back in something more than "just the game running".

Here, the "supporters" mostly appears when their paid advantage doesn't work, but they don't seem to care when other things happens... Where are the "supporters" when:

.... a moron spoils a cup game result?
.... the game crashes and you have nowhere to complain?
.... you report a cheater and he mostly get away with his?
.... a training update doesn't happen without a reason, and nobody shows interest on fixing it?
.... they send a playen in loan and the player turns UNH? Only few complain, but that player's happiness is not their problem after all....

And i could write 10 or 20 lines more, we all know that the game has so many things to improve....

So, what do people support? A game rolling? The "i support the game" is an easy speech to hide the ingame advantage they get, i wonder how many of them would buy the "1 year premium" package if it woludn't have the "10 free token", specially considering that in this game, we play league matches four months and we scracth our noses during one.

Without the free token, people would buy smaller packs. And if premium would not provide ingame advantages, the number of premium users would be less than half (maybe close to 1/4). So sorry, but i don't eat the "i support the game" stuff....

Why do i keep playing? There's a team with an interesting comment on it's main page: "The worst STAFF for the best online football manager ever played!!!." I can't be more agreed with him.

Couldn't agree more with Carlos comments.

I want to believe that most of us think alike; that the game lacks support, that is buggy and new features and updates are required. However, we face a "mexican standoff" situation whereas neither the vendor (GKO owners/developers) or the users (us) will backoff; the vendor won't change the current situation because its making a profit from us, even if we do not purchase tokens or aren't premium users, they get a little bit of money from the ads banner in every frigging page that we click on (outside the forum, that is). Users won't stop playing because, heck, we can agree GKO is the best online simulation soccer game available in the market right now (and can be addicting too). Unless we, the users, organize ourselves internally to do some kind of "strike" (ie. not log in for an entire day/week), there aren't any possibilities for a "change".

Only other option to get out of this mexican standoff situation is for an external event to happen, i.e. somebody purchases the GKO engine from the current owners and starts listening to the users; or a different game comes into the market stealing away GKO users...

There's a lot of things for the game unbalance: the WCL that grants big incomes for few teams only, the U21 and the NT that grants extra training and huge amounts of experience for few players only, the custom cup that grants extra trainings and incomes for premium only.

We could talk about the fact that custom cup, WCL and U21/NT consumes just 2 points of conditions? Wanna talk that U21/NT has no influence on morale when a friendly or custom does?

I might understand that some people would think that reports makes things unbalanced, personally i don't mind "so much" if somebody sees some of my players, but i learned to play against them somehow, i just don't play full strenght during the first 30 minutes, yes i give some advantage, but they don't know my real tactical levels or some of my strongest player's real levels. It makes things a bit complicated sometimes but i live with it.
Personally, the extra energy that premium provides is a real problem, i just can't compete with them. Specially then the national cup starts, i am pushed to have 6 or 7 extra players then the premium ones (wich means 70k extra in wage), to avoid doing incomes activities (i spend the 240 energy points i get each day restorin player's condition) and most important, play full strenght in all competitions. How can you compete if 10 players spend 320 condition points each week (when you also play WCC, it's 80 in cup, 200 in league and 40 in WCC) when your squad recovers 210 in training update and activities allows you to recover 42 more? And i haven't put NT matches in those calculations.

Each team has it's own interest and concerns, personally the energy stuff concerns me more, the difference between premium oportunities to play full strengh or improve finances is huge, compared with the non premium ones.

Just in case, i'm not complaining, just gave my point of view.....

Double energy limit and double energy regeneration rate can really make the difference in order to recover from the matche's fatigue.

In fact this game can be very easy much more profitable for admin/gamemaster/developers with just few code lines which can even make community happy...for example,shorter seasons,new WCL system (all countrys with 4 spots and same chance to qualify) etc. Well they don't upgrade their incomes same as bug games ! I'm afraid this game is limited,like there is no way to move on android market or expand game play level (more skills and tactical challange) without rewriting whole game code...I think most likly they work on other games and GKO will run some time untill there will be enough income to pay out server etc.
