this idea can be correct with ca 5-7, only. Ca 8+ are very vary in value. I see many CA 8 at 705 k and some above 1 mln g. In that way my CA 11 player is worth 2,4 mln
So IMHO that aproximation is shit only

But when people training player they know how many skills he got after jump over last level of CA. And we can pretty sure know how many skill jumps is between levels. So this way you can say that player got 4 of 8 jumps so he is i.e. 7,5
Need to mention that jumps on different value of skills gives different number of jumbs needed to improve by 1 level of CA.
But there is idea of points of trainng on this levels of skill number. But it is different story
in general higher skill costs more training points and this provides to difference of number skills jumps need to change CA level
Anyway after training who needs LA/CA? Everyone see what player is and his skills .
