My intention on this topic is to present and explain how we should work on National team's selection.I'm sure You guys already know what is the point of that but still some of You can find interesting points.I hope in future every new national manager will continue that work with great cooperation between U21 and First team selection.
Some important things:
- We need more Best Academy's but there is 450 best academy's in GKO world so we need also luck.How it looks now and what we can do extra You may read on this topic
http://forum.gokickoff.com/index.php?topic=19252.0- For First National team we need players with PA 10+ and PR 3+ For U21 team PA 9+ and PR3+ ,First PA 10 with good PR players we already have and actually if they have serious training in club they are also national team members
However best country's are busy with PA11+ on almost each position
- players with PR 3 and 4 should play minimum +;- 66% of league games from first season at club and 100% after 1st or 2nd season(if a player is 15y.old and veeeery weak tings are different
.This + national games + very good coach and training grounds gave us guarantee of effective training.
When You train your players remember that:
- Once your player reach 22y. his PR will drop one point every season.For example 21y. old player with PR 3 in next season will be 22y. old with PR 2 and PR1 on 23y.
- When GK reach CA 5,9 he will get training only from games ! When player from any other position reach CA 7,1 he will get training only from games !
- Best players from academy's are young 15-16y. old with PR 5+ ,no one will sell those players cheap (of course PA 5 or 6 are not so good)
- players with PR 2 mostly represent an garbage
I was very lucky with Stef Van Daele,he came from academy as 4/9/2 with velue 406,000 and nice skills, anyway he played all games and now is 7/9/2 should be ready for next U21 qualification.
- You may train your 3/10/6 player very fast without games but he will miss experiance and experiance is very important.Player with same CA but with number of stars more on experience have much higher level,will play more often on his optimal level and will keep his high morale longer or he will rise up his morale faster.
- Players can improve experience only when they are playing games in club or in national teams.Actually our most experienced players in national team are CA7 with PA7 where best teams are filled with CA 9-11 players well experienced.Now You can imagine the difference.
- Realistic plan for next...10 seasons is to develop our best academy's (I hope 7-10) and slowly exchange CA7 players for PA10+ players,in same time keep our position in GKO world (for national and club teams).After that time and great work I hope we can reach REAL top level
