I just found a great reader in the internet, I begin to use it to the games in the pc, and it is a nice add on to the game.
The software is Speakit! You could find it in internet, but it only work with chrome

In the games it is not selt-acting, you have to select the text ( in the game) and then click on the new speaker button in your chrome menu in the right corner.
Hope someone as myself find its nice to use it.
