There are few activities you can do but I guess you are talking about selling souvenirs?
a small stand costs 20 energy points depending on your club rating you will get between 700 and 1300 and can do another in 1 hours
a medium stand costs 40 energy points depending on yout club rating you will get between 1,200G and 2,300G and can do another in 2 hours
a large stand costs 80 energy points depending on your club rating you will get between 2,200G and 4,100G and can do another in 3 hours
Basically you spend your energy, you immediately recieve the cash and then you wait until the activity has finished and you can then do another.
Normally speaking if time is your limiting factor its usually best to go for the large souvenir stand but if energy is your limiting factor then the small souvenir may be more attractive.
If you want to increase the money you get from a souvenir stand then you need to increase your club rating, which you do by winning games but you can improve the amount per win by improving your museum.
