So I have been training my player

It has been more than 8 matches (I know 4 for sure, I started monitoring him) that I am training him on Heading and he did not improve by a bit.

I lost so much time and money on this idiot.
So is there anything that can be done here ?? or I should just get rid of him and count my loses.
