Well, there are many online managers with serious player faces and their engine mostly sucks, people usually say that "don't judge a book by its cover", GKO is a good example of it. Just ignore player faces if you don't like them, focus on their skills and their possible effect in game engine, give the game a good shot, you won't regret it
