Reliability of Scout Report???

Dear Friends, I am having embarrasing scout reports since I upgraded "Judge Player's skills" to level 2.
Example 1: my scout report predicted CA 5, LA 6-7 and PR 3-4. I bought the player and he is 5/5/3. Why LA out of range?
Example 2: Scout reports predicted CA 5, LA 6-7 and PR 3-4 and he is actually 3/5/3. Even now his predicted ability in Next Season is 6 and after 2 seasons is 7. What the hell is that???????
I have spent 400k on upgrading the scouts and lost additional 510k on the player that I dont meant to buy. :'(

You need to improve it more. Level 2 scout can't predict LA5+ player levels, it only works on LA3 or 4 players, same with PR levels, it only detect low PR levels properly.

Even when scout is maxed, skill points aren't 100% acurate (there's a +1 -1 error in some skills) but CA/LA/PR levels will be more presice and ranges will also be reduced.

Ranges were accurate previously. This time, both predictions are out of range. Why ranges are wrong? Were wide but true previously.

Example 2 is most likely a GK, they often have exaggerated  predicted abilities that exceed their LA

Even ranges in scout reports will be inaccurate sometimes with low quality scouts. I would recommend not relying on their reports until you have better ones.

How about instead of spending money to upgrade your scout and use energy , you simply ask the team what are his ca/la/pr :)  95% tell the truth  :D
