condition player down every day

i have player AML ,good skill , he is not injuried but why ? Why? The condition is not increasing
every day, to monitor let see www.gokickoff.com/team_player_detail.php?player_id=3567410 every day !! Every day down down but NOT injuried ,thanks

Mubashar, I dont know why you saying all that stuff, because he didn't ask that.

rahmawan, Only way for condition decrease every day is Very Heavy training, there is no other way for condition daily decrease (Playing games decrease condition too). So please check again your training, maybe you accidently left his training to very heavy, if so, please change to medium and save. If training is already medium, then is some kind of bug, please contact admin or report bug through game.

Sorry rahmawan and Archie I got it wrong because I did not understand hi point. You are right and set his training to light or medium which increases condition by 3, heavy increases by 1 and very heavy decreases by 1 (i,e, -1).
