Continued daily progress of players with PR 1 and 2 after CA7+

Hello, I want to propose that players with PR 1 and 2, and when they reach the CA7 can continue to thrive on daily practice(only LA8+ players), perhaps with a little less intensity, say for example 0.5 in the previous process, but it certainly raised the price of players with large LA and small PR, and help us to train that players...
In this way, players with big LA and small PR would significantly lesser extent failed...

What do you think?  :)

Well, player's PR has dropped significantly in the last 2 seasons (a PR5 player was quite normal 3 seasons ago, now it's rare to find), maybe they should improve a bit slower until their CA reaches 8, that would be something good indeed.
In keepers, the training limit should increase a little bit too (maybe up to CA6? ).

 ;) I think that there should be something that allows players with slow growth rates to retain PR later than players with higher progress rates. A player born with PR 2 start to loose progress rate later than one with PR 6. I think this would be more realistic and allow players born with low progress rate a chance to reach their full potential.

Why not let training facility quality determine the point at which progress from training stops?
For example:

Facility quality            Progress from training stops at:
Very bad                         CA5
Bad                                CA6
Okay                              CA7
Good                              CA8
Very Good                      CA9
The Best                        CA10

Well...it seems that most teams are fairly developed by the time they have youths reaching CA7 or better. I checked some (less developed) teams I know of with LA7 players - most have okay or better training facilities. The only exception I found has good training facilities and a bad fitness center, but none of his LA7 players have passed CA6 yet (and only 1 had passed CA5).

Going beyond that, I have a few LA9 youths on my team (my training facilites are "good") and none are beyond CA5 yet...in all likelihood I will have one or both upgraded by the time they reach CA8 anyway...this rule would only provide an extra incentive to make these upgrades by then.

It might be a good idea! But I have 2 questions:

1. If I had bad training facilities and my player stops improving at CA6. In the meantime I upgrade my training facilities to Okay level. Will my player start improving on training again, or not?
2. What about Fitness Center? It is also related to training. So does it have to be upgraded, too?

I think that's the best idea  8)
in the real world, we have many players who have developed their talent at the stars after 24-25 years of age.

It would be facility/skill-specific, like each facility is related to training rate of certain skills now (e.g. fitness center related only to speed and strength training).  For example, a CA7 player (where CA<LA) could gain improvement from training in finishing, marking, etc with a good training ground but not in pace, stamina, etc with an okay fitness center.

Guys, i have been thinking about it....

On second tought, in order to keep a balance between smaller and bigger clubs, i wouldn't want to have the chance to improve players beyond CA7. The reason? Simple:

With current scheme, big teams can have a really strong starting 11 and then, they can only farm 3 players each match, in other words, having more than 14-16 high CA players will be really hard. Strong teams can have a strong starting 11 and few really strong backup players. They can aim to have many CA7 players as subs but nothing more. Competition can have some balance for now. Do you guys think that a squad with 22 CA10 players can be defeated? A squad like that can aim all competitions, no matter how hard your league can be. Picking wich players you should focus is also a part of a managerial strategy IMO.

I understand that farming high LA players with new  low PR levels is hard, i am in a similar situation than many of you (i have a 3/8/3 GK, plus a 2/9/3 and a 3/10/3 outfield players to farm, i know that i won't have them maxed before their PR start to drop) but i think that big teams's improvement must be stopped somehow....

I also think the CA7 is the best line of the daily training.And if we let training facility quality determine the point at which progress from training stops,CA10 is too high.

good=ca7
very good=ca7.5
best=ca8
Admin have changed the pr at 7th season,
at first,when age>23---->every season pr-1
now,when age>21--->everyy season [pr/2].
But now,we have so many player with high la but low pr...we may also can give those player chance.
maybe we can set like this:
1: the pr will changed like before,when age >23,every season [pr/2].
2:player age>21,can get 50% training point from the daily training...(In fact this is the same rule as now=pr/2)
3:player get 100% skills point from game!!!(different from the training) or we can set the skills point by Av.R
   Man of the match=150%
   9-10=120%
   7-8=100%
   5-6=80%
4:the daily training is also stop at Ca7.

In my opinion this proposal means "we have too little Messi and CR players in GKO - let us have 1 or 2 in each team".

I mean, in this season you can already buy CA8 player for 1,5-2M...maybe less if you are patient.

Most of this proposal also don`t consider "3D picture" - by eventual "solving" one "problem" they are creating 3 new problems or spoiling previously good solutions.

Also, each proposal must have huge support in (GKO) society, like 90-10...and even that is not completely fair especially if you are amongst this 10%. Instead, 4 out of 5 proposal which are accepted and implemented are gift for half of society and stab in the back for other half.

In other words, 10 seasons you are planing and developing in proper way and someone screw you up with single new rule overnight!?! Think about it.

At the end, point of view regarding all this matters should heavily depends on someone`s objectivity and not on his personal interest.

I think the solution for this would be introducing some kind of a training camp where youngsters would get an increase in training . For example, you send a player to 2 week camp, pay some kind of fee ( say 100 000 ) and he gets this bonus. Put limit on 3 players a season and give bonuses according to PR.

PR 1 - 70 %
PR 2 - 50 %
PR 3 - 40 %
PR 4 - 30 %
PR 5 - 20 %
PR 6 - 10 %

The problem with training is that players MUST play matches in order to develop no matter what PR are they.

So you must sometimes sacrifice a result in order to give them playing time and if you have 4-5 or even more, some of them can get match practice only in friendly games which is not enough if you train LA2 or 3 player.

I am against this! It's already enough of silly innovations which make you improve your team just by spending money. Everyone should spend some time in this game in order to make a strong team. Enough is enough!

Please don't make any more improvements, this game was far better in season 3 than it is now!!!
