And again, I started this season with the hope to sign maybe 1 or 2 promising free player(s). And again, I get dissappointed..
And why is it that I get dissappointed? Because every single player I placed a bid on, finally finds a club who offers him at least 15k wage, and that is just too much for those players!

A 5/9/4, 20 years old (Hard to get this players maxed but I wanted to give it a try but not at any price), gets 25k wage from his new club, which finances are Okay.
A 7/9/5, 21 years old. Okay, this player already has to get 10k at least, I didn't mind paying him 15k a week myself. But it just frustrates me to see that he gets 17k wage now, from a club, already with INSECURE finances. Those clubs shouldn't be able to place such bids.

Those are now only 2 examples of the players I didn't get, there are 3 others I didn't get either, that got wages of 15k, 19k and 25k..
Still have 4 bids ongoing.. Wonder how much wage they will get, and from what kind of clubs they'll get that!

my story: i bid a DR whom didnt have any competition bid , i tot he is full trained but turns out he's a 5/6/5 ...talk about luck

well if reality world have clubs like shenhua or anzhi, dont expect here is noob free.... what we only can do is wait their meltdown then... i too have to pass up many talents due to that wages is that damm high

De Glen , I saw that 5/9/4 defender from Hungary. IMHO he is still good buy. He has bought by 1 mln and has wage 26 k when basic was about 3,5. So he is overpayed by 23 k a weak that gives 20*23= 460 k. He is young and when reach his full potencial he will worth about 3,5 -4 mln on the market. So his buyer still get a lot of money back . And we have to remember that 5/9/4 are worth now 3-4 mln so it wasn't bad investment att all!
But I know wta you are talking about , You just gave bad example. There are so many old players with CA 6-7 and they going to new owners and never maka a cash back

For me more important is that free player should be at CA 6 level ar LA 7 when go on the market and when no one buy them shouldn't return again by 20k. When we have sitation like now the market is broken and unbalanced

Ruta, I know he might be worth 25k wage. That's fine by me if a club is prepared to give that for him. BUT It's not allright when that club is already in financial difficulties..

The club that bought that 5/9/4 has okay finance.. what's that, okay finance? 500k - 2M? If we assume he only has 500k budget, he'll get in trouble very soon with wages like that.
So basically my point is just that there should be sanctions for clubs who have debt for lets say 2 or 3 weeks in a row, so they could not afford spending such wages. I'm taking care of my finances, to make sure I never get too low, and to make sure my weekly expenses aren't higher than my incomes, and then it just sucks (excuse me for the language) to see clubs who spend wages I couldn't afford while their finance is insecure or in debt..

But what bothers me, is that the team who contracted him has insecure finance and already has few players with wages of 20k, 18k, 15k, 14k,... C'mon, how will he keep paying those wages? That teams finance status should change to debt very soon I guess..

I think that the examples are not so good.
What we should, or admin should, avoid happening in this game is the situation where people give 50k wages for someone not worthy of it. Or where people got in debt just a week after they spent a whole lot of money AND wages on the market.

Debt, insecure, okay, secure finances.... they come and goes, i agree that some people offered high wages and they might not be justified, but current financial situatuon doesn't indicates nothing.

We must remember that we have been more than a month without playing league matches, so despite we received league prizes, our finances always tends to go down these days. When somebody is "insecure" his finances are between 0G and 9.999G, league matches starts on wednesday, that team probably won't fall into debt situation, and if he fells into that (because he plays away on wednesday), league match on saturday will return his heam health.

The real problem sometimes is that when somebody bids, his offer keeps stand, no matter what's his financial situation when auction ends. IMHO, when you make a bid and you can't afford it later 2 things should happen:

1-If nobody else bid, you can get the player.
2-If somebody else bid, your offer should inmediately be turned down, no matter how good it was.

That shold grant a transparent player market for all, with more oportunities to those who have healthy finances without compromising the seller's oportunities.

It's well too late for that now...already there are 5 players on 50k/wk or more and over 50 players on 30K/week or more. The vast majority of these have gotten their wage raises from the transfer market. Some of them might be worth their wages, but many definitely are not. I think only one player in this list has not been traded, and his est. value is almost 2.5 Million. Here are the top 24 highest wages atm:

I wonder if players are still being purchased with wage bids that exceed their player room allowance...

DeGlen, thanks for worrying for my financial situation, but i will lose around 150k every Friday (for now, i'm planing to upgrade money facilities), but my income is around 430k-480k per week (league, friendly(cup) matches, activity (premium user from September)), so there is no reason to worry for me, i intend to build competitive squad and you know what they say "The end justifies the means"

Yep, wages screwing the game so much, its embarrassing.

Still no idea why admin hasn't looked into it yet. I mean the cost to build a team is like 5x higher than 3 seasons ago, whats the sense behind this?
As far as I know it should be easier and easier as the game progresses but its the other way around here..?

Too bad even if something is decided to be changed we'll have to wait till end of season again as well. There was the same topic at the start of last season as well, FML.

With the current system building a team by not going bankrupt means getting everything from the academy/youth camps which will take years.

From where will a sub-par team (around 6 CA) get the income to support the high wages from since in every country there are a couple of other clubs playing from 2010 that are so much ahead (by not entirely legitimate methods by the way) that its highly unlikely for such a team to get either #1 League nor any cup prizes.

This is what this game needs to look into, not making it such a drag to build a team from the transfer market with all the wage shit going on atm. As the seasons go the prices for players should be dropping but because of this random wage bullshit (they should be returned to fixed amount as well) and its not going that way at all.

Agreed, but the postseason period must receive some changes: teams loses around 150k-200k each week, only premium users can keep finances healthy each week (2 friendlies and more activities to generate incomes) and all teams try to increase something before season ends, the new academy system generates that problem, everyone wants to improve their academies before the next season starts, else, they won't get better youth next season.

It would be perfect if prizes would be delivered as soon as all competitions ends, but all of us knows that it won't happen.....

Short term debt is not a problem. But there should be a time limit i. e. 4 weeks to reach balance. After that a few thee bests players should go on transferlist by value of them. And so on until cash balance will be safe.

For ALL teams postseason is deadly boring, non only for most og them.
The money loss due to posteason is not that much and should be previously foreseen by the wise manager. Usually this loss doesn't lead to huge debt. Huge debt is caused by continuous bad management, i.e. excessive wages along all the season, but not only. If a bankruptcy system will be implemented in the future, also the foolest of the managers will think twice before bidding such wages, risking to loss all the team. So the economic/wage system will re-balance by itself.
