i think we have some problem about realism in game. I find many 15-17 years old players who reach there current ablility higher then limited(as we know then they doesnt take any trening from coaches only for games) Like we know from real soccer/futball young players ~always learn something during training. My suggestion is to freeze the limit until 20 years of age.

That is little bit anoing whe your youth player with 19 years, play about 1 season and reach limited ability...

I believe the system is Ok the problem is that when a team is created, it makes a lot of players that already passed their LA. When you promote a player from your academy, no one has reached his potential. It takes a couple of seasons to take him there (others will never reach, depends on his IR).

Wich one is the best way to train a player with a coach of 10 points if he  he already reach that item or without it?  I mean for example if a player has finishing 13 it's better with a coach of 10 of finishing or without it?

press on player, then scout report. Current ability shows how good is player, more better. Limited ability shows how good he could be. Progress rate shows how fast he trains

that means sum of skill level is CA + LA + PR ?

like admin wrote :
"- skill level < 15 => Normal rate
- skill level (15-17.99) => 1.5  times slower
- skill level > 18 => 2 times slower

For goalkeeper,
- skill level < 13 => Normal rate
- skill level (13-16.99) => 1.5 times slower
- skill level > 17 => 3 times slower"

i dun know count or find 15, 17.99, 18, 13, 16.99, 17

thanks vm

on main player page you  can see attributes part, these are those skills. how fast player will train a skill depends on how big that skill is. higer skill means its harder to train it. when skill reaches 18 it will train x2 times slower then the skill is like 14
