I advise you to ignore him and proceed onto the other players.
Bugs like this that are peculiar and not general will not usually be answered by GM lest you pay him money, since the big bugs is still left unanswered.
It's not worthy to waste too much time here for a player. (Seeing that, GM obviously 'wastes' NO TIME AT ALL on the complaints in the forums.

It should have been a bug of the database... And now it's probably fixed.
The admin must have taken no action though... Or he'll very promptly claim it here since it will be the one of the few things he had done in a few months.
