What are your experiences with experience?

  do age of players and/or PR of players affects the speed of getting experience?
ore it just depends on the minutes the player has been in the field?
  I'm sure players gets more experience in the TL, WCC, NT matches
than the other competitions, but what are the differences?

  I bought the player who got the second star experience for no particular reason,
and I have a player who took three seasons to get another star.

also have a player ( first 11), who after the 3,5 season lifted the experience from 4 to 5

admin can you explain it a little better to make it easier to find errors?

managers do you have strange experience with experience?  :)

Well, i used to have a player that increased his experience 1 point after playing his first friendly match (i promoted him lees than a week earlier).

I am afraid that none of us knows the exp formula, admin once said that he weren't willing to tell us how it is.....

Admin confirmed that a player receives the same experience after playing 30 minutes than playing 90.

I'm not so sure about top level and WCC, but NT matches grants more experience, that's confirmed too. We probably won't know how much more it is, admin doesn't seem to tell us many clues about experience.

these are important informations.
we should know that a player gains the same experience after playing 30 or 90 minutes.
we should also know if a player gets same experience playing friendly, cup or league game.
does the quality of the opponent have an affect on the amount of experience a player gets?
does individual players performance in match effect the amount of experience gained?

 :-\ admin please some clues.

I hate to speculate, but based on my experience, I think friendly matches give only a fraction of experience compared with league/cup matches and WCC/NT matches give more than league. I would guess that friendlies are 1/5 to 1/10 that of league matches (i.e. it takes 5-10 friendlies to equal one league match); cup matches are about the same as league, and WCC/NT matches provide 1.5X to 2X that of league matches. Just speculation, but I think it is pretty close.

I am pretty sure that quality of opponent has no effect, nor does player performance. Personally, I think a player should become involved in a match to earn the experience. It is rare that an outfield player does not have ANY involvement in a match, but it can happen. Also I think that players set as captain or setpiece takers should get a small experience bonus, maybe 5% per setpiece and 15-20% if set as captain.

I think the younger you start the more experience you get. Still, you have to have the determination to experience a lot of things.

It wont be a bad idea to include in the match report how much experience every player has gained. Right now its a total mystery and it takes some players 50 matches and others 100 matches to increase an exp level -_-
