I just created one, as far as i can see:

* There's no construction price, it's absolutely free.
* It's impossible to build youth camp in own country.
* You can choose the amount of money you want to invest weekly, the minimum is 5.000G
* Once constructed, it can't be destroyed, be careful!!!!!!!

You will gradually receive kids around 13-15 years old, when in a few seasons (when they become 16 years old) they will be moved to your academy

That would create a huge gap between big teams and small teams.... it would be nice to have some info about it.....

Or maybe ranking is just  hov many you invest in camp maintance. when I choose I was 2 nd and rating was 2/2 now is 2/5 an there is 5 th camp in that country. Naturally all team now spent 0 g so teams are placed by time of built.

But think about it.

If you pay more for a camp in another country, you should get better players if you pay more....

If you make a camp in a country with a few camps, it should be easier to get better players, because nobody else look there for good players.

Is what some profesional teams do in the real life. They sent scouts or make camps to find good players in another countries.
