Some low populated countries have enough people to have a Nt manager, but such a low and uncompromised community that a single user can manipulate an election having a few accounts. Besides, we are talking about the chance to manage nt that doesn't have a manager and basically are weak teams anyway. It would give many advantages to other users, i have a player that doesn't play for NT because he is DMC, i'm sure many users have the same issue, am i wrong?

Finally, something must change about NT competitions, Bataraz pointed something interesting: U21 WC Qualifying groups are a mess, i just can't believe that group A is filled with 8 bot teams and other countries plays against more than one active user, it should be a seeding system to rebalance those competitions. I am managing Argentina U21 squad, for now i am leading my group and Brasil is second. But it seems so weird that USA (a squad filled with Season 6 WC champions) and Paraguay will lose the WC, while some bots will play WC. I mean, it seems a little unfair and the competition would be more attractive if we have a WC filled with user-controled squads. Not to menction that many countries will see postseason a little more interesting.

I think both approaches are valid, it will be a very difficult issue to resolve, but I think it is possible, is concerned that the admin is put to work, it is important for everyone.

i think everyone can enter in the race to become the national coach of any nation. but i think that only the national players of that particular nation can vote to select the national manager. i think that everyone can be nominated , but then the foreigner coach must have equal rights like the other coaches of that particular country, and must race from the same starting position. and the national coach should always be selected by democarcy therfore by real votes, and not by meritocracy which means how good or how much trophies he won

50 user minimum is really hard to achieve in a lot of countries we should get rid of it

I agree. I would love to be nt manager but there aren't 50 users only 22.

Simple, to avoid cheating in NT. In small countries a group of friends can do farming of their players . Sadley thatt happen in big , too i.e. England some seasons ago. But others users knew situation and changed NT coach. In small country that situation would stay for ages without intervention.

If that will happen so what still better then having random selected team and nt that looses every game I think my national team is the worst out there Georgia, if some one would take over that squad I do not think the results would be that bad even if some one would start using his teams players. plus there are counties that have small population like Faroe Islands in realty they have NT and football but in this game there is almost no chance that that country will ever be represented ever by a real manager, So I think that cap should be lifted off

However I think we should give other players ability to control nt managers like if some one will report a nt manager for so called farming players and after the investigation he will be found guilt he will be band for nt management for 5 seasons or something

Here in MALTA (only 400,000 in population), we manged to get the national election finally. All of us old maltese players made extra effort and asked many new friends to join the game. We managed to increase to more than 70 users till now. Which is very good proportion to our population, when it is compared to other big nations.
