I think such thing as training camp would be great. If you receive your youngsters, you can deside who would you like to send to the training camp(max 2-3 places) for a fee of course. The training would be away from your team under training camp coaches and the team can`t use the players in training camp. The duration of the camp, well thats the admin`s decision how long.

Can`t really add something right now.....quite sleepy.

Let me now what you think and lets try to make it happen.

That's a good idea. May be I will put this in the club activity section (have to talk with my team first).
By the way there will be more club activites coming soon such as call a meeting to increase players' moral cause
if you loose many consecutive games your players' moral would be very bad.

I have that problem I've lost some games and now moral is poor how can I do to raise that moral again?

It would be possible to have in some days not like friendly game sub-21 so it will be a motivation to have young players?
