It is hard to believe that the core game (available to all users) was not improved in the slightest this season, so why not give it this, at least?

I believe it CAN be more cheaters, but if you set some conditions to get one (time active without cheating) choose wisely who can get one. It might be worth.
I was thinking about getting one just to improve a facility (some king of "club credit card") you could avoid cheating with that.

if loan system allow player can  build construct only .can't use to buy player
it will be good.... because they can't cheat by buy player.

I really hope developers will consider this more seriously now that better tools have been implemented to catch cheaters
 

As a side note, in addition to making credits transferrable to tokens, I'd like to see more dynamic mini-game options that create more opportunities to win credits. Maybe even allow managers to bet 1 or 2 credits to double or triple their winnings (respectively), or lose those credits if picks fail to win anything
