Totally disagree.

Managers who pay insane wages for free agents must have some sort of penalty for their decisions - old player with crazy high wage seems reasonable consequence of their actions. Wage limits are probably the last barrier for cheaters.

The only thing we need is players with 1 year left of their contacts to be released at the end of the season. Nothing more, nothing less.

By trying to make "new rules" we are going to make this game even more messy than it is now.
Having more than one team, by any reason - premium, retirement, youth training, etc., just ruins the fair competition and is shit!

And we urgently need CHEATER CONTROL!

But I let their contract run, and what hapenned? GKO renew them. I cant fire them now. Normal salaries, but high, more than 30k each. Now I cant buy any player because I get my top in salaries due to this. Few seasons ago, I lost 2 LA10 because I forgot renew them, and this seasons I dont want to renew, them renew them automatically ... grrrrrr. 

This is not fair. I agree with Bryan.

Using that scoring system, I think 40 is the best among current managers:

Sopelana 3x5+7x2+11=40
Mean Machine 0x5+14x2+12=40

Of corse, WCL wins would be the first tie-breaker 

I won 4 times WCL. So, according to this, I would have 45.

Seriously Admins, I got 2 players that I was waiting their contracts to expire and now I am seeing that they are prolonged to 1 season more and I will waste 55k weekly on 2 players that I don't want

Same here. And I only have 48k more for wages .... you should extend the limit wages of the best facility, because 800k is not enough for teams like mine.

I did all ... Quit Chrome .... Reinstall It, Download TOR, Delete cache/history ... Nothing works. .. Admin. Should be worried .. if customers can't entry ... All the other Pages work propertly in my computer, It only happens to GKO ... If Admin. Doesnt solve the issue many of us will leave the Game, be sure dear Admin. At least you should calm us about this issue. I only can entry with iPhone, so I can't change formation or do almost nothing .... Very, very bad future for the Game is nothing is solved.

I always think in positive, this is better for all the teams in long terms. If you see the market, LA9-LA10 are very cheap. The only way to increase player's value is decreasing the level of players coming from academy.

In this way, I'm happy with that, even I get worse players.

Buenas a tod@s,

Ya está aquí la nueva temporada, y paso a abrir el post con los objetivos:


- LIGA:
La liga es de obligado cumplimiento disputarla, al igual que la copa. Esta temporada no sé como andaré en la WCL, ya que tengo que pasar las previas, así que la liga será objetivo prioritario.

-COPA:
En copa el objetivo es intentar la victoria también. Dependerá de los cruces, de las otras competiciones, de los momentos de los partidos ... etc.

-WCL:
Esta temporada el objetivo en la competición es "el partido a partido". Veremos cómo se va dando las previas, que rivales me tocan y si entro en la fase de grupos, que es el primer objetivo de esta competición. Si entro, el segundo será disputarla si se dan las condiciones y sino, pues a entrenar. La cuarta WCL se me antoja casi imposible. Esta temporada me centraré más en las competiciones nacionales. 

-FICHAJES:
Sigo buscando en el mercado, pero prefiero preservar el dinero que derrocharlo en caprichos. Ya me dí uno la temporada pasada, y de momento, salvo que salga alguna posición muy interesante, un jugador joven y con proyección a un precio razonable, no se acometerá inversión alguna. Esta temporada tendré que dar salida a varios jóvenes que no puedo darles minutos ni entrenar.

-ACADEMIA:
La academia ha bajado notablemente, pero seguiré gastando aquí unos milloncejos,  la emoción de los reportes y la adrenalina con la mera posibilidad de sacar algún crack ya lo vale.

-ENTRENAMIENTO:
Esta temporada tengo que entrenar algunos jugadores y me va a condicionar, pero espero que sean los menos posibles, ya que intentaré dar salida a jugadores que no puedo entrenar para que no me suceda.

-ECONOMÍA
La economía marcha de luxe, a ver si llego a los 75M (si ficho, será imposible) y sigo acumulando recursos, para poder dejar morir jugadores en mi equipo, sin tener la necesidad de malvenderlos cuando sean mayores.


En un futuro no muy lejano, si me gustaría coger la selección nacional, a  ver si somos capaces de conseguir algún título con la roja y empezar a llenar sus vitrinas.

Mucha suerte a tod@s en la nueva temporada, qué largo se hace esto a ver si lo cambian y hacen el juego más ameno!!.

Hola a todos!!!.

Aquí vengo a hacer valoración de la temporada y analizar mis objetivos:


LIGA y COPA: disputé ambas competiciones, en liga el abusón estuvo intratable, así que no pude hacer nada, y hay que felicitarle por lo meritorio de su campeonato. En copa, gané, aunque en la final las el catenaccio italiano puso las cosas difíciles.

WCL: Dije que sería complicado, pero no imposible, y así fue, la gané demostrando que era posible, aunque  hubo partidos bastante complicados en los que tuve la suerte de salir victorioso.

EQUIPO: No he hecho locuras de fichajes, creo que con lo que tengo, me vale. Sigo con mucho cash, y siempre alerta de lo que pueda aparecer en el mercado, pero sin tirar la casa por la ventana, las locuras, luego hay que pagarlas ...

CANTERA: La temporada no ha sido buena a nivel de cantera, un LA10 alto y nada más, pero como miro atrás y hacia el futuro en tema de cantera, me doy por satisfecho.

ECONOMIA: No llegué al nivel económico que me propuse, porque se me cancelaron 4 ofertas de 7 - 9M cada una. De no haber sido así, lo hubiera pasado con creces.

ENTRENAMIENTO: Bueno, he entrenado bastante, pero cada vez es más complicado entrenar dado el nivel de exigencia que requiere pelear por los títulos, de hecho, he tenido y tengo que malvender jugadores por ello.

Con todo y con ello, la temporada ha sido fantástica, Un nuevo título de copa, y sobre todo, la tercera champions, segunda consecutiva, me coloca como el primer equipo en conseguir tres y dos consecutivas, que me quiten lo bailado!!!. Económicamente más fuerte, ahora cobraré otros 5M de premios, más una venta de 3M apalabrada siguen consolidando mi balance económico, y haciéndome potencialmente más fuerte.

Hola a todos!!!.

Últimamente tengo un poco abandonado el juego, ainssss, por falta de tiempo. A ver si retorno a mis andanzas.

Mis objetivos:

LIGA y COPA: Como no puede ser de otra manera, el objetivo debe ser pelearlo e intentar ganarlas. Tendremos que hacer frente al otro abusón!!.

WCL: Mi objetivo es llegar lo más lejos posible, e intentar pelearla. Ganar la tercera es un sueño que ahora mismo es muy complicado, pero no imposible.

EQUIPO: Esta temporada habrá muchas ventas, de hecho ya han salido unos cuantos, y seguirán saliendo. El club tiene mucho cash, así que puede que haga alguna locura..... quien sabe.

CANTERA: Esta temporada he detectado que ha bajado el nivel global de los jugadores, así que puede que compre menos youths o con el cash que tengo igual me da el aire y compro muchos ... ya se irá viendo. De momento he sacado un LA10 y un LA9, no me puedo quejar.

ECONOMIA: Mi objetivo es llegar a 75M, ahora mismo es muy viable, viendo las ofertas que tengo. No quiero derrochar el dinero, ya que a mis niveles los salarios son sangrantes y con eso me lo puedo permitir, pero necesito empezar a comprar al menos todo LA11 con algún que otro LA12.

ENTRENAMIENTO: Esta temporada tengo por subir muchos jóvenes y no puedo subir a todos. He tenido que vender jugadores que no quería, pero es lo que toca. Igual me planteo el tradding de entrenables, para sacar rentabilidad al pastizal que tengo en caja. Al final el dinero quieto no sirve de nada ....

Bueno, estoy un poco perezoso, como podéis observar, más que nada por que ando demasiado ocioso de vacaciones, pero va siendo hora de escribir algo.

Sobre mis objetivos, puedo dar la temporada por muy buena, gané la liga y mi segunda Champions.

En lo económico, el club está muy saneado, pese a las fuertes cargas financieras que tiene.

En cuanto a la cantera, también fue una muy buena camada, de hecho, fue increíble, no creo que se repita, aunque si se repite no voy a protestar ... XD.

Habrá que ir poniendo los objetivos de la nueva temporada que empieza.

Yes it does. Experience makes players play better, improving their performance. The ENV factor is higher when experience is higher, so player rates are better too.

how long does it take for a new player to adapt to your team?
Depending of adaptation rate (AR). You can see it in player' analysis. It goes from 1 to 20. More close to 20, faster adaptation of the player. For low AR it takes half season, more or less.

Do premium features take into account in team report the adaptation of new player?
Yes it does, like moral, but it doesnt take into account condition  (there is a penality under 93%).

Comprar barato, entrenar, y vender es un negocio no sólo rentable, sino que necesario a mi juicio. Pero para eso, hay que saber comprar a buen precio, hay que tener infraestructuras para entrenar, y hay que saber cómo entrenar y a que precio se puede vender ... Una vez que se domina/tiene todo eso, lo demás viene rodado .. XD.
