Can i give up my VIP,and get my money back?

We can do these in Suppermarket,if we the thing is bad.
I bought gko last season,but now,you change and change,i find it worrse and worse.
Can i give up and get my money back?

EDIT: Back to topic, i am interested in admin's answer. This game has turned something far different than the GKO that was worth to pay.

Also, the new "post your questions here" thread is a bad idea. Just merge threads with similar topics (there are many) rather than attempt to have a single thread with multiple topics. If I google search for something in the forum, the results are not based on individual posts, but thread topics. How are users expected to find if their topic already exists in the forum if everything is squeezed into a single thread?

Just a comment, you have received a forum filled with unhappy people, if you keep removing messages, nothing good will happen, and that's not a warning, is my reality's apreciation.
About "who would give my money back"? The answer is simple: Any businesman proud and secure about his product.... i wonder how GKO staff feels about their product right now...

even tough we want to know an answer, in no part said satisfaction garanteed or soemthing like that, it's like buy someting, only that we have to follow rules of admin and main board, we only could not paid again or find other place to play... is the 2 things we could do......

this game have at the beggining a great succes, and lot of followers it was like kind chicken of golden eggs, but they are making some stuff that is like try to kill this chicken we hope they realize that is not only money, is also people choice and efford, and support.... I hope it won't be too late when they open their eyes!
