There's one thing for sure.... i'm afraid that giving wrong info about his players for sale is not fair, but it happened again and no user were considered cheater, it were no punishment. Why? Because scout exist for a reason, next, time, i'm afraid it would be wise to use your scout before purchasing. The only thing you cn do right now it add him to the blacklist, with all those images as proof.
If he's using more than one account, that's very different..... because he's cheating then. You'll have to see if admin find out something strange.
* Note that almost every team you menction already have insecure/debt finances, only one team has okay finances.....
