Similar results we have in U21 competitions

We did this with just 3 best academys in our league, Academy from VVRhoon is without manager, Academy from Foltician was just build up.
To keep our level we have to continue same job, train best talented juniors in national teams season by season, hope there will be more and better wonder kids in the future.

Hmm, To be honest, right now only best academy make any sense and even with best academy You may get nothing special. I think if You can plan to build up best academy it is good plan but if just very good academy than I say better save your G's and play with no academy at all.

Best=10M + 4M for very good + 600.000k each season for maintenence (20 weeks x 30.000)

....and of course Training grounds should be at least on Good level + very good coach... It is big investment, cost a lot of time and You don't have any quarantine to get PA 9+ where most of juniors will be below PA8
