Responsibility on Server was down

Dear Admin

I would like to ask you for your Responsibility on Server was down.
I 'm a premium player who have paid for your game each year. I can understand that your Server was down (16 hours) which was an accident.

Before the League Match almost all premium players have their cup games which they sent their young players to practice in the game.
In my case, I sent some of my young player to practice as well. Then, I can't login to your game from the cup game began until after League Match finish. this mean I have to use only young player to play for two games without changing anything.
On this case, why you didn't postpone a League Match for few hours.

At the result of this problem, I have lost 2 points for my League Match (My team was draw). I have played against a team which I have win easily with my full team not a young player team. Moreover, I have lost one of my young player as he got injury from League Match because his condition was too low from two games in two days. Finally, I can't get any point on mini game as almost team in top league got the same problem with me.

Now, I would like to ask you that what are you going to do for all premium players as all of them lost their benefit from this situation or you will not take any responsibility?

Server Down Again! Let's get with the program and get this fixed.  I have a league to win,
