As National Team's managers can see all player's data that he want only calling those players to the National Team I propose to Admin to make public all GKO player's data as it is made in other games, in this way it will be equal and fair for everybody.

No way, my player's stats are mine! If somebody wants to see my player stats, then he should upgrade his scout and scout my players, only then he will be able to see my weak/strong spots.

I don't know a single NT manager that uses NT to see his oponent's weak spots, he only uses the data he can get to win matches with the NT, why should you get that info for free?

Nothing is free, and that includes my player's data.

A National Team's manager can not see the ability of all the players !

National Team Managers can see the players skills only when he confirm the list....so we have to call players to national team only based of his value,LA or experience,without knowing players skills...i think national team managers must can see skills of players before calling them to national team and confirm the list....in this way we can chose properly players for tactic that we want to use in next game

you may ask the owner of the players to help you with the needed informations before call them.

Not to menction that most NT aready have a 10-15 players list that is a "must be called". And if the country have a minimal structute, NT manager should also know how U21 players are/will be.

That excuse would be useful only in small countries who are starting with the "Human NT manager" stuff.

Agree, we can call up to 23 players it is enough to get knowledge about best players in every country in 2-3 weeks

I think there should be some kind of a message whether the club manager agrees for his player to join the NT? Or at least some kind of a notification whenever a player gets called.

I think its quite necessary cause some managers might not want their player to play for NT for certain reasons etc.

I guess that a NT manager should be allowed to see complete data for all players of the country of the NT he manages.

For example the Italian U21 manager should be allowed to see all data of italian U21 players only. The italian NT manager the whole group of italian players and so on.

Anyway I think that NT teams should be something that should imply great cooperation and partecipation for the whole community otherwise is meaningless.

If any NT manager wants my player's data for NT use, he will have them inmediately, if NT manager can't get something as simple as player's data easily, that player doesn't fit for NT, without communication, any NT process is destined to fail badly.

I won't tell you how argentinan NTs are managed, but i will tell you that NT, U21 and all the scouting staff can see the data of every single player that played for NT at least once (that includes around 10 players that belongs to me), and if any manager wants my player's data, he will have them inmediately.

I could also tell you that they can also see my foreign player's data who plays for NT.

As you can see, many rivals can know my stronger players. Now, why would NT manager need my subs and weaker player's data just because? He doesn't need it at all....!

Thats exactly why there should be a message whenever a player gets called to NT.

I bet there are NT managers that actually abuse this for their own benefits, calling players left and right just to see what they're good in etc.
It can be like a free premium in some cases.

I don't know any NT manager doing it, but it might be happening and we are only ignoring it.
If we let NT managers to know all players's stats without calling them for NT, things would be even worst.

the NT manager have enough information of each player is in the NT, this is a game where you have to interact with many managers, you just have to help the NT manager at work.

Why can't we let NT managers get a limited number of scout reports on players from his nation for energy (like managers get player scout reports now) with on a separate NT energy budget? These reports would be only viewable by the current NT manager and be reset with each new election.

I'd suggest giving all NTs okay (level 3) scouts for this (for now...this opens up the idea of upgradeable NT staff and perhaps facilites too...funded by dues/donations from national clubs?)
