Are Mental Skills important for players
« on: July 29, 2013, 03:45:02 AM »
All my main players have good mental skills and they played very well last season although their value are about 300k-430k,and i have one striker scored 29 goals in 28 matches in VietNam Top Level.

But i still wondering which skills should my players should train:All Mental skills to >12 or main skills like Finishing or Passing,Crossing etc to 20

Everything is needed for a player. Also, depends what skills he has, on what position he plays, what tactics you use for 'em etc... You can make the players like Mentally strong, and continue to train them to the needed skills, example: Finishing is most important for a Striker. Afterwards, you can train them for the main skills, optionally you can go on the Mental ones also. Hope you understood me.

Read manual, in manual is explained what skills you need for each position.

[/b] For me training only few skills so high is making very one side player. With limited potential you can't do some 20 and some medium. I prefer do all- rounded players which give more option when setting tactics :)

Specially now when all players are involved to all tatcics. As my team is new one I build my defense very cheap lats season.I have defenders with good skills for defense but other skills are poor cause of limit on PA.Whats happend now ? For example last game my DC was two times catch on offside trap and my DL as well !!! I know it is not realistic but it works now this way.The best players is without weak points and that You can reach only with high PA.
I will buy young players with PR 5 and higher, send me your offer.

you wont have a player good at all. just stik to your main tactics and develope players in that way. there wouldnt be fun if we all had many messi's

p.s. i think physical skills a way better than a mental, althought im not training that way
